You MUST REGISTER for the League for ANY of the following benefits:
RACING: Any of the Racing Requires Registration
RIDING: Any riding at all on the PRACTICE NIGHTS requires league registration
TRAINING: In order to train with trainers, on site, you must register.
- The entire season is 8 races and at least 1 free clinic per rider. 8 Races total – 10 dates reserved on the Calendar, if there is a rain out we move to the next date.
- Practice Night (Tuesday or Thursday See Schedule) & Training are NOT REQUIRED. They are a benefit of being in the program. It will be 5-8 PM Practice nights.
- Beginner Classes are defined as: Riders who HAVE NOT previously raced a series. If you have raced a Series and you placed in the top 15 you will not be permitted in a beginner class unless they are moving up a bike size. Beginners may be required to move to a regular division if their results determine that they are not a beginner.
- 50 CC Riders will race a modified version of the track. This is so they will be able to get over or around all the obstacles.
- 50 CC Mini-MX Riders can have ONE mechanic (Dad or Mom) on the track to assist them.
- Motos are run by time not by laps. Smaller bikes typically do less laps. The least number of laps for gas bikes is 3.
- Classes may be combined based on the number of riders.
- Only one "Mechanic" or support person at the start line with each racer.
- Clinic Days are designed to help Parents and Racers learn the rules and set up of MX Racing. Riders will receive instruction to help them better their skill set.
- Each Racer doing 4 or more races, will receive a trophy at the end of the series with their total 8 race results.
- Each Class Champion will also receive a Championship Trophy.
- Families with more than two kids signing up can call for some additional financial assistance if there are more than a total of 5 race divisions being entered by the family.
- Timing transponders will be checked out for the whole season. New system does not require them to be returned. Replacement transponders will cost $15.
- NO ONSITE Registration. All racers must pre-register.

Know Your Flags
GREEN FLAG: If a race has to be started with a flag in the event that the starting gate malfunctions, a green flag will be used to start the race.
WHITE FLAG: The finish flagger will wave this flag when there is one lap to go-last lap!
YELLOW FLAG: Caution! When the yellow flag is displayed, there will be NO JUMPING AND NO PASSING! Riders will ride cautiously until they are past the incident. Racers are allowed to race to the flag, use caution at the incident-aggressive riding or passing or jumping at the scene will result in a 5-position penalty. Contact with emergency and track personnel, or a race official will result in immediate disqualification from event. Once you are passed the incident racing resumes.
WHITE WITH RED CROSS FLAG: Emergency vehicle or personnel on the track. Absolutely no passing or double jumping is allowed. An automatic penalty of 10 positions will be imposed for those that fail to comply. If both the red cross and yellow flags are displayed, and a pass occurs than the 10-position penalty will apply. Once past the incident racing resumes.
RED FLAG: The race has been stopped and you are to return to the starting gate in a cautious manner-no more racing. There is an emergency on the track.
BLACK AND WHITE CHECKERED FLAG: The race is over-exit the track in first gear and keep it in first gear at idle speed back to your pits.
Start Gate Procedure
STAGING
The staging area is located near the starting line. The first moto gate picks will be determined by lottery (picking a clothespin with a number on-this will be your choice on the gate-#1 equals first gate pick, etc). Please do not be late for the staging for your moto as you will receive the last gate pick if you show up late. Please keep your helmet on from staging to the start of your moto to effectively reduce potential COVID transmission.
There will be no grooming in front of the starting gate by riders or mechanics. Grooming may be done behind the gate providing that no shovels, tools, brooms, other implements or agents are used. Watering of starting lanes by riders or crews is prohibited. Transporting dirt from outside the designated starting area is prohibited.
You may groom behind the starting gate only.
When the last rider is in the gate and the track is cleared for the start, the Head Referee then holds up a 30-second sign. The 30-second sign will be held upright for 30 seconds, then turned for five seconds, then turned side- ways for no more than five seconds. During the one to five second interval, the gate will fall. OR a Race Official will point at you to see if you are ready. Once everyone is ready, he runs off the track and the race start.
A rider will be considered to have started a Race once the machine has crossed the starting gate or line.
ONCE THE RACE or MOTO IS COMPLETE
Please slow down to first gear as you exit the track and remain in first gear at idle speed through the pits. If a rider is acting in a dangerous manner (speeding or front wheel off the ground) that rider may face disqualification from the event.
RESULTS
Will be posted online and can be watched during the race. Link coming soon.
